Bakery 99 is a small-batch bakery built on quality, creativity, and doing things the right way—everything is made from scratch, by hand, and with intention. What started as a one-woman kitchen has grown into a space for thoughtful baking, where every item is crafted fresh and never rushed.
From sourdough breads to pastries and seasonal drops, each bake is created with care, attention to detail, and a focus on flavor. No shortcuts, no mass production—just real ingredients and a process that puts quality first.

The Menu
Soft, slow-fermented sourdough rolls layered with cinnamon sugar and baked until perfectly golden. Finished withe a smooth, rich cream cheese glaze. Deep flavor, not overly sweet.
Flaky, buttery croissants with delicate golden layers - made from scratch and baked fresh. Available in classic butter, rich chocolate or almond with a soft, nutty filling.
Classic, chewy bagels with a crisp, golden exterior and soft interior. Boiled and baked for that true New York-style texture.
